Note
CS Degree Day 7
Daily study note for day 7 of the 150-day computer science curriculum.
Overview
I have not slept more than 5 hours on any day this week. This has started to take a toll on me. Apart from getting fever dreams about normal distribution and unit circles, the cognitive stress has also yielded impaired concentration and mental fog. I had to slow down and let the body recover. But the repose was not in privilege today, as I was impelled to work on urgent work related matters. As I say, “A bent hammer bends the nail”, with spoiled tools you get spoiled results. With my impaired mental capacity, I made some poor decisions, such as going for volleyball session instead of resting. The reasoning behind the excursion was the physical health requirement of 40 volleyball sessions that I chose as per MIT curriculum. And I injured my shoulder, probably because my body hadn’t rested well since a week. The only to way to rise from this collapse of mind and body is to strengthen the foundation- sleep and rest.
What I did today?
Finished two lectures,
- Trignometry Integration
- Integration by substitution
