I did not have any study session today. I was working till 2 in the night with a client. On getting back home, I was drowsy to the point of syncope. I had learned of Navy Seal’s 40% rule “When you think you can’t push any further, you’ve just put 40% of your capacity”. Thus, with determination, I pushed myself to study and finish atleast one session. Those 10 minutes of studying was the most mentally absurd experience of my life. I was meddling on the fringes of delirium as I staggered in and out of consciousness. After few minutes, I was unable to discern with certainty whether I was waking up from sleep or going to sleep. My body is giving up. I realized I might be subjecting myself to torture of a sprint while
on a marathon. Wise decision, as wise as a sleep deprived brain can be, was to rest and defer the exertion to a more prepared body.

What I did today
